Willkommen auf der europäischen eLearning-Plattform "Eco-Qualify" für die berufliche Weiterbildung und Qualifizierung im Bio-Einzelhandel. Hier finden Sie einen Lehrgang mit zwölf Basismodulen und Lerneinheiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Sie vermitteln Grundlagen und Praxiswissen zu den wichtigsten Themen (Grundlagen der Bio-Produktion, Marketing, Wirtschaftlichkeit) und Produktbereichen (Obst und Gemüse, Milch, Käse, Getreide, Öle, Soja) im Biohandel.

Der Kurs wurde auch in Länderversionen für Bulgarien, Frankreich, Italien, Österreich, Polen und Tschechische Republik übersetzt und an  die spezifischen Rahmenbedingungen und Bildungsbedarfe dieser Länder angepasst. Diese Versionen finden Sie auf der Plattform vom Forum Berufsbildung.

Welcome to the European eLearning platform "Eco-Qualify" for professional training and qualification in the organic retail sector. It contains a comprehensive eLearning system with 12 basic modules and units providing knowledge and practical information on main issues and product assortments of organic retail in German and English.

The learning units have also been translated and adapted to the specific conditions and educational needs of the countries Bulgaria, France, Italy, Austria, Poland and Czech Republic, these country versions are available at the platform of Forum Berufsbildung.
